2. Removal of Content
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we may:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
- Notify the user (if any) who posted the content, when applicable
We may also request additional information if necessary to verify your claim.
3. Counter-Notification
If you believe that content removed or disabled is not infringing, or that you have authorization to use it, you may send a counter-notice with:
- Your name, contact information, and signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the URL where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your area (update with your country/region) and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice.
We may restore the material if we receive a valid counter-notification, unless the original complainant files a legal action seeking a court order.
4. Repeat Infringers
Where appropriate, we may terminate or restrict access for users who repeatedly infringe copyrights.
