This DMCA Policy explains how MMApredict handles copyright infringement claims.

If you believe that content on MMApredict.com infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice to request removal.

1. Copyright Infringement Notice

If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act on their behalf) and believe that material on this Site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice including:

  1. Your full name and contact information (email address and, if applicable, postal address).
  2. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  3. The exact URL(s) on MMApredict.com where the allegedly infringing material is located.
  4. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

2. Removal of Content

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we may:

  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
  • Notify the user (if any) who posted the content, when applicable

We may also request additional information if necessary to verify your claim.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that content removed or disabled is not infringing, or that you have authorization to use it, you may send a counter-notice with:

  1. Your name, contact information, and signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the URL where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your area (update with your country/region) and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice.

We may restore the material if we receive a valid counter-notification, unless the original complainant files a legal action seeking a court order.

4. Repeat Infringers

Where appropriate, we may terminate or restrict access for users who repeatedly infringe copyrights.
